Open the app, pick a department, and the live “On call now” panel lists the doctors on duty with call and WhatsApp buttons.

Yes — Monawib runs in any modern browser and installs as an app on iPhone and Android, with native apps as well.
How do I get access?
Access is granted by your hospital’s administrator. Open the app and request access, or ask your department admin to add you.
